Ingredients :
1 cup of rice
3 lt of water
Vanilla extract
1 stick of cinnamon
1 naranjilla
The skin of a lemmon
Sugar to taste
Lots of ice
How to Prepare :
First you have to leave the rice from the night before into 1 lt of water
The next day you discard the water where you left the rice.
Put the rice into a pot with the rest of the water and the cinnamon stick, let it boil for 15 minutes
Then blend it on high speed and then straint it 2 or 3 times.
Add the vanilla extract and the lemon skin.
Let it cool down and serve with a lot of ice.
